Refunds

In the unfortunate event that your item is delivered, but it is faulty, please do the following:

  1. Please forward your 'order confirmation' email to us within 7 days of delivery (Our email address is on the bottom of that email).
  2. Include the fault and a photo of the fault, so that we can best rectify the problem.
  3. Wait for us to make contact with you to solve the problem.
